The first time I went, each of us purchased an Omakase (Japanese tradition for sushi chef's choice). If you haven't done one before I HIGHLY recommend Kin to be your first experience. The process is simple, you just set a price point for each person (usually somewhere between 25-45 dollars depending on your preference for premium sashimi), and Magical sushi chef Jimmy does the rest.
